928 Homes. 8 Towers.
One Landmark Beginning.

In 2011, when Naigaon was still an emerging residential pocket with patchy infrastructure and limited civic amenities, this pioneering development marked a turning point. Comprising 8 towers of G+14 floors, with 928 thoughtfully planned 1 BHK apartments, this development laid the foundation for what would go on to become Naigaon’s largest township. This project brought scale, planning, and self-sufficiency to a region just finding its feet.

future facing comfort

At a time when power outages were frequent in the area, the project offered centralized generator backup to ensure essential in-home power supply and keep at least one lift per tower operational. This early focus on uninterrupted living brought day-to-day reliability to residents when it mattered most. Homes were also equipped with video door phones and modular switches, reflecting a thoughtful, future-facing approach to comfort, safety, and convenience — even a decade ago.

The site’s underlying saltpan condition posed challenges, but we overcame them with purpose — leveling the land with black soil and planting over 5,000 trees, transforming the plot into a livable green lung and establishing a green buffer and improving liveability well before “green” became a trend. Construction was executed using Mivan formwork, ensuring structural consistency and faster delivery timelines.

Amenities were created not just to check boxes, but to build community. The development included a landscaped garden with a central fountain, a kids’ play area, and a dedicated football turf, providing open, active, and recreational spaces for all age groups.

A senior citizen sit-out area was thoughtfully integrated into the layout — creating pockets of quiet, comfort, and community within the landscape. These features, paired with extensive plantation efforts and well-organized open spaces, offered residents a green, inclusive, and balanced living environment.

Over time, the township began to evolve vertically — from four-storey buildings to 14, and later 22- and 23-storey towers, with 35-storey developments now in the pipeline. This gradual vertical progression has reshaped Naigaon’s skyline, turning what was once an overlooked corner of the suburbs into a well-connected, future-facing township.
