As civil engineers, we saw beyond what existed. Over the years, we undertook the gradual but determined process of acquiring land and laying the groundwork for long-term transformation.
We were the first in the area to secure approvals for 14-storey buildings, a significant departure from the prevailing low-rise landscape. Crucially, we introduced 24/7 water and power infrastructure in a region that had long relied on tanker supply. Alongside residential development, we executed major upgrades to public infrastructure. A full-fledged road network — with 40-metre, 30-metre, and 20-metre-wide roads — was planned and built, dramatically improving connectivity and setting a new urban standard for the area.
Over time, the township began to evolve vertically — from four-storey buildings to 14, and later 22- and 23-storey towers, with 35-storey developments now in the pipeline. This gradual vertical progression has reshaped Naigaon’s skyline, turning what was once an overlooked corner of the suburbs into a well-connected, future-facing township.
